It may seem simping, by which you probably mean simpering, but Biden is wide awake and has a lot on his plate. It’s admirable that at his age he’s dealing with it with restraint.
Umair is simply giving him due recognition.

Biden is an excellent president. I just wish he wasn’t so old. He was as a senator for decades and knows how to get things done in Washington. Biden has the support of the Democratic party’s African-American base, which complaining white people conveniently forget.
