Democrats need to stop pandering to racist, xenophobic whites who will never vote for them anyways and focus on minorities. African-Americans have been the backbone of the democratic party, the party needs to provide tangible benefits to black Americans.

You misunderstand. The world would be amply capable of supporting the wealthy if we eliminated six billion poor. The remaining billion poor could live at a subsistence level sufficient to act as laborers and servants. This is essentially feudalism and works quite well.
